Installation instructions

Activate your eSIM in under 2 minutes.

Recommended installation

After purchasing your eSIM, go to My eSIMs and tap “Install eSIM”. This is the easiest and recommended way to install your eSIM.

You do not need to use the manual installation steps unless:

  • • the Install eSIM button is unavailable
  • • automatic installation does not work
  • • you prefer to install it manually

iPhone

  1. 1. Open your camera and point it at the QR code.
  2. 2. Tap the "Cellular Plan Detected" notification.
  3. 3. Tap "Add Cellular Plan" and confirm.
  4. 4. Go to Settings → Cellular and turn on Data Roaming.
  5. 5. Select the eSIM as your data line.

Android

  1. 1. Open Settings → Network & Internet → SIMs.
  2. 2. Tap "Add a SIM" or "Download a SIM".
  3. 3. Scan the QR code with your camera.
  4. 4. Tap "Download" then "Activate".
  5. 5. Enable Data Roaming in mobile network settings.

Need help?

If your eSIM doesn't activate, ensure Data Roaming is enabled and you have a data signal. Contact support with your order number.
